Our team enriched with a EuroVelo Route Inspector

To assess the quality of long-distance cycling routes, including EuroVelo routes, the European Cyclists' Federation (ECF) has developed the European Certification Standard (ECS), which sets out a complex, multi-level set of criteria for infrastructure, services and marketing. Our colleague Antal Gertheis has successfully completed an intensive theoretical and practical training on the assessment of cycling routes and the application of the standard, thus adding an official EuroVelo Route Inspector to our team.

The services Mobilissimus have already included cycle route surveys, as part of cycling strategies, cycle network plans or as a stand-alone service. These can be carried out according to the methodology of the European Certification Standard or other specific methodologies according to the customer's needs. If required, we can also provide 3D street view imagery (shown in the link if the Mobilissimus layer is enabled top right) of the surveyed routes, which forms the basis for processing GIS data, and can be easily viewed by the customer.
