Informal visit to the Bucharest-Ilfov Public Transport Association (ADTPBI)

Mobilissimus’ experts visited the recently founded public transport association, aiming to organise better and more integrated mobility in Bucharest and in Ilfov county. During the discussion we exchanged experiences from both capital regions regarding the evolution of integrated public transport services, and shared ideas about the future reorganisation of public transport in Bucharest. We at Mobilissimus are convinced that only integrated mobility services managed by a strong authority can provide a competitive alternative to the individual car use, which is quickly growing in the Romanian capital. The more of the mobility providers are connected to the new transport scheme, the more attractive services can be offered for all travellers in the region. We are very convinced by looking at these first steps towards a better mobility in and around Bucharest.
